Mr. Pizzi is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Tasty Baking Company, a position he assumed on October 7, 2002. Mr. Pizzi served as President and Chief Executive officer of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce from 1989 until October 4, 2002. Mr. Pizzi is a director of Tasty Baking Company and serves on a variety of civic, educational, charitable and other boards, including the boards of Drexel University, Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, Independence Blue Cross.
