Anthony S. Rimikis
Senior Vice President - Urban Development
Mr. Rimikis joined Brandywine in 1997 as the Senior Vice President for Urban Development. He is responsible for the Company’s downtown Philadelphia development and construction activities and has over thirty years of experience in the field of real estate. Prior to joining Brandywine, Mr. Rimikis was Vice President for Emmes Realty Services. Before that, he served as Vice President of DKM Properties of Lawrenceville, New Jersey. Mr. Rimikis is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Drexel University Goodwin College of Professional Studies and he serves on the Executive Committee of the Drexel University Construction Management Advisory Council. He is also on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors for the University City District of Philadelphia, the Advisory Board of the Philadelphia Chapter of ULI, and is a member of the Philadelphia Real Estate Council. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Delaware Valley Smart Growth Alliance and a Board Member for the Annual Transportation, Building and Construction Industry Luncheon for the March of Dimes. Mr. Rimikis holds the CCIM designation from the Realtors National Marketing Institute, and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New Jersey. He earned his undergraduate degrees from Temple University and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from LaSalle University.
