Conference Room
A newly renovated Conference Room is located on first floor of 100 Berwyn Park. The conference room can accommodate approximately 24 people at a time and is booked on a first come first serve basis. There are currently two break-out rooms, unfurnished. Chairs and tables are supplied as well as a media cabinet and lecturn. In addition, a small kitchen area is available (no stove or refrigerator).
The fee for the facility is $225 per day. Go to the eTenants Resource Scheduler for availability and reservations. There will be a $100.00 Cancellation Fee, if not cancelled within 3 business days proior to originally scheduled date.
The 300 Berwyn Park Conference Center will seat a total of 38 people, classroom style, with wireless internet, whiteboards and a separate set up area for food services. The fee to utilize the facility is $225.00 per day. There will be a $100.00 Cancellation Fee, if not cancelled within 3 business days prior to originally scheduled date.

Executive Cafe
Executive Cafe provides breakfast services at each building based on the schedule below. They do not provide lunch service on a set schedule, but they will deliver for orders placed via phone 610-296-4490, fax 610-296-3995 or email execafe@aim.com.
Executive Cafe has an on site delicatessen at 1000 Chesterbrook Blvd, Berwyn, PA (another Brandywine managed property).
The Cafe at Chesterbrook is open from 7:30am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday. The schedule for BREAKFAST order deliveries is as follows:
- Orders received by 8am will be delivered at 8:15am
- Orders received by 9am will be delivered at 9:15am
- Orders received by 10am will be delivered by 10:15am

The delivery time for LUNCH is 11:30am to 1:00pm for orders placed 30 or more minutes before delivery.

$125.00 paid annually by check or cash.
