Building Newsletter
The Management Office publishes quarterly newsletters for the Tenants. The newsletters give Tenants the opportunity to feature their services and promote events. It also is another form of communication for the Management Office. If you would like your company to be featured in the quarterly newsletter, contact the management office.

Newspaper Stand
There is a coin operated newspaper stand located outside the 1200 building, next to the Plaza Café.

On-Site Security Service
Concord Airport Plaza provides the Building with twenty-four hour security service. A dedicated onsite courtesy officer is always posted in the Building for the convenience of our Tenants. After hours access can be obtained via an access card through both the east and west side lobbies. The Security Console is located in the first floor lobby and may be contacted by calling 925-674-8515.

Shuttle and Bus Service
Transportation between Concord Airport Plaza and the Concord BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) Station is provided by a dedicated SHUTTLE SERVICE, #991, in addition to the CCCTA (The County Connection) regular bus line, #119. The combination of these services allows for a service connection that approximates the arrival and departure times of most BART trains during peak commute hours.
