Building Security
A dedicated on-site courtesy officer is posted in the building 24 hours a day for the convenience of our Tenants. After hours access can be obtained via an access card through the west side lobby. The security console is located in the first floor lobby and may be contacted by calling 510-444-0153.

LMT has two subterranean levels of parking. The parking garage is managed by AMPCO Parking at (415) 351-4499. The operating hours are from 7:00am - 7:00pm. To arrange for contract parking, please call the parking operations office at (510) 444-7412
