Jennifer Barrett
Senior Vice President and Chief Leasing Officer
Jennifer Barrett joined Brandywine Realty Trust in February 2026 as Senior Vice President, Chief Leasing Officer. In this role, she leads the company’s leasing strategy, focusing on portfolio performance and tenant engagement.
Ms. Barrett brings more than 20 years of experience in leasing, asset management and development across office, life science and mixed-use portfolios. Prior to joining Brandywine, she served as National Head of Leasing and Asset Management for EQT Real Estate’s Office and Life Science Funds, where she oversaw leasing and asset strategy for a multi-market institutional portfolio. She has led teams across diverse U.S. markets and executed complex transactions through multiple market cycles. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Brookwood Financial Group and Liberty Property Trust, where she contributed to significant leasing and development initiatives, including the $1.2 billion Comcast Innovation and Technology Center in Philadelphia.
Ms. Barrett earned an Executive MBA from Villanova University and a BBA in Accounting from Temple University. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C), and an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
