Since our founding in 1994 by our current President & CEO, Jerry Sweeney, Brandywine has grown from 200,000 square feet and a total market capitalization of less than $5 million, to over 24 million square feet and a total market capitalization of approximately $5 billion.

One of the most important decisions I made was to ask Brandywine to be Drexel’s partner in what is now Schuylkill Yards. Without their vision, tenacity and desire to get it done right, we wouldn’t be here at the grand opening for Drexel Square today.
