You may use the Web Sites only if you agree to this Privacy Policy. PLEASE NOTE: Your use of the Web Sites constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time and, when we do, we will update the effective date in Paragraph 9 below. Any modification will be effective on the effective date that appears on the modified Privacy Policy. Each time you use the Web Sites, you should check the effective date of this Privacy Policy and review any changes since the last time you visited the Web Sites. Your continued use of the Web Sites following modification of the Privacy Policy will be conclusively deemed to signify your acceptance of the modification.
1. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy addresses our collection and use of both personally identifiable information—information that identifies or describes an individual person, including but not limited to the person’s name, physical address, email address, and credit card information (card number, billing information, and expiration date)—and information from which personally identifiable information might be derived, such as IP addresses.
This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected at our Web Sites, and not to information you disclose or that we obtain other than through this Web Site or to any third- party web sites (“Third Party Sites”), including those you reach through links we have provided on the Web Sites. The information you share with Third Party Sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of the Third Party Sites and not by this Privacy Policy. We also use a third party vendor, Flash Parking, to process payments for products and services we offer on our Web Sites. Information you submit while purchasing products and services through the Web Sites is subject to Flash Parking’s privacy policy posted at https://www.flashparking.com/privacy-policy/. We encourage you to request and review the privacy policies of any third party prior to using Third Party Sites or disclosing information to those third parties. [
If you are visiting our Web Sites from a country outside the United States, you acknowledge that in using the Web Sites, you will transfer personal information about yourself to the United States, that the data protection laws of the United States may not be as comprehensive as those in your own country, and that transferring this personal information occurs with your consent.
2. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
We may use server log analysis tools to gather and analyze information regarding our Web Sites’ usage and visitor experience, such as (for example and not limitation) the number of hits received, our most/least visited pages, how our visitors use the site, our most/least used functions, errors experienced by users, processes completed or abandoned by users, and browsers and platforms used to connect to our Web Sites. The following are examples of information about your visit that is, or may be, collected for this purpose: IP address, physical location, type of browser and/or operating system, internet service provider (ISP) and/or mobile phone carrier, the date and time you visited the Web Sites, web sites you visited before and after our Web Sites, the Web Site pages you visited and the order in which you navigated our site, the action you tried to perform (e.g., enter information, or generate a report), and codes that correspond to the status of your action (e.g., successful request, data not found, etc.). This information may be collected via several technologies, including cookies, web beacons, clear GIFs, canvas fingerprinting, and other means. For example, we use Google Analytics to help analyze how users use the Web Sites. If you would like to opt-out from the use of your information by Google Analytics, you may use Google’s analytics opt-out browser add-on designed for this purpose. You can also remove certain cookies by following the directions in your Internet browser’s “help” file. You may disable cookies and still browse our Web Sites, but your ability to use areas of our Web Site may be limited, and the other means we use to collect information likely will be unaffected. To learn more about cookies, including how to manage and delete cookies, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.
This information belongs to us, and we and certain of our suppliers may use it to improve the content, layout and/or operation of our Web Sites, to serve you content most relevant to you, and to advertise our products and services to you across the Internet.
