We have since executed a strategic growth and community engagement plan, expanding our portfolio to nearly 4 million SF, and commencing visionary developments in the suburbs at our Garza Ranch and Four Points sites, and downtown at 405 Colorado. In the Northern suburbs, we are currently redeveloping the 66-acre Uptown ATX site, which is widely regarded as the most valuable development site in all of Austin.
